That absolutely sucks! I remember the story b...OMG! That absolutely sucks! I remember the story back sometime where the older woman went in to complain to Comcast and took a hammer to their computer to get their attention (she had similar kinds of complaints.) It's a shame they changed to the new company...sometimes ours goes out and we're up a creek! We bundle our phone, internet and cable and when the electricity goes out, we're down.
